"Didn’t really help with my estate planning"
I was hoping this would make sorting out my estate plan a little easier, but it just didn’t give me the kind of practical help or guidance I needed, so I ended up feeling disappointed and like I still had to figure most of it out somewhere else.

"I wish I had read the reviews first"
I tried using everplans.com i regret not reading reviews before signing up. The site kept crashing right when I was trying to add important information, which made the whole thing feel stressful instead of helpful. Pages were slow to load, and a few times it froze or kicked me back to the login screen. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me it just wasn’t reliable, and I ended up giving up after a while...

"Trying to Coordinate With My Family Was Way More Stressful Than Expected"
I thought getting my family on the same page would be simple, but it turned into such an unexpectedly stressful headache. Everyone seemed to have a different idea of what was happening, and trying to keep things organized was super frustrating. Definitely more annoying than I was prepared for.

"I gave Ever Plans a try because I..."
I gave Ever Plans a try because I thought it would help me get more organized, but it didn’t feel worth the cost to me. The layout is fine and it’s not hard to use, but most of what it offers felt like things I could easily keep in a folder or spreadsheet on my own. For the price, I expected more value. It might work well for someone else, but for me it ended up feeling like an avoidable expense.

"Planning tools felt unfinished"
I was hoping this would make sorting end-of-life planning a lot easier in one place, but the tools felt incomplete. There were missing details and not enough guidance, so I was left guessing more than I expected. On top of that, the email replies felt like they were coming from robots, not real people, which made the whole experience feel even less helpful...

This was just annoying. I needed a file quickly and ended up wasting way too much time digging around because the document storage felt messy and disorganized. I don’t have the patience for that when I’m trying to get something done.

"Deputy access was such a hassle"
Dealing with Deputy access management was frustrating. Adding or changing someone’s access never felt super clear, so I kept having to double-check what people could actually see. For something that sensitive, I really expected it to be way easier. Overall, not a great experience

"Torn, but not comfortable with the privacy side"
I signed up because I usually like this brand and have had good experiences with them before, so I wanted this to work. At first it seemed like it could be really useful, but once I saw how much personal info they were asking for, wills, passwords, documents, family details, I started feeling uneasy.

Maybe it’s a good fit for people who are more comfortable storing everything in one place, but I just couldn’t get past the privacy and security concerns. I felt conflicted because I still trust the company in other areas, but not enough to put that kind of sensitive information there, so I closed my account.

I tried using it on my phone, but I didn’t get very far because the buttons barely responded and some of the text was overlapping. Maybe it works better on desktop, but on mobile it felt frustrating enough that I stopped before I accidentally clicked the wrong thing

"I thought getting started would be quick..."
I thought getting started would be quick, but the onboarding ended up feeling a bit confusing and took longer than I expected. I kind of wish I’d known that upfront so I could’ve planned for it better

"More stressful than I expected"
I really wanted to like Everplans, but the guidance wasn’t as clear as I hoped. Some sections made sense, but then other pages kind of left me wondering what I was supposed to do next. I had to go back and reread things a few times, and even then I wasn’t totally sure if I was entering everything correctly. It wasn’t awful, but I expected more straightforward step-by-step help. Instead, it ended up adding stress I wasn’t expecting.

"I don’t remember every detail, but I..."
I don’t remember every detail, but I do remember how it made me feel. For something that’s supposed to deal with really personal stuff, it came across way too cold and detached, and I just couldn’t keep using it.

"I signed up expecting it to be straightforward..."
I signed up expecting it to be straightforward, like click here, set this up, maybe adjust a profile or two, that kind of thing. But right away the site felt kind of clunky. I was bouncing between menus, trying to find basic stuff like settings, account info, setup options, help pages, anything really, and it felt like every button led me somewhere slightly different than I expected.

Some pages loaded weird too, like things would shift around, or take a second to appear, or make me wonder if I clicked the wrong tab. The setup didn’t really guide me step by step either, so I kept guessing what to do next, going back, opening another menu, checking another page, and eventually I just got annoyed. Maybe it clicks for other people, but for me it was frustrating enough that I gave up quickly.

"Canceling was a hassle and I still got charged"
I signed up just to try it out and kind of forgot about it. I was already in a frustrated mood when I noticed I’d been charged again, especially since I don’t remember getting any clear warning beforehand. Trying to cancel ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been, and support took a while to get back to me without really helping much. The whole thing just left a bad taste.

"Still waiting to hear back"
I reached out to support and waited a few days, but I still haven’t gotten a real answer. Maybe I missed something or didn’t explain it clearly enough, but it’s been frustrating not knowing what’s going on.
